תקנון — מבצע 100% דיוק

1. כללי

המבצע מופעל על ידי אוצר החכמה ("המפעילה") ומטרתו שיפור דיוק זיהוי הטקסט בספרי האוצר. ההשתתפות באמצעות קישור אישי בלבד. המפעילה רשאית לעדכן תקנון זה, לשנות את כללי הצבירה או להפסיק את המבצע בכל עת; הודעה תוצג בעמוד המבצע. נקודות שנצברו עד לשינוי נשמרות לפי הכללים שהיו בתוקף בעת צבירתן.

2. צבירת נקודות

כל שורה שנבדקה ואושרה או תוקנה נספרת לזכות המשתתף (שורות שסומנו "לא קריא" אינן נספרות). הנקודות מוענקות לפי מדרגות:

המפעילה רשאית לשנות את המדרגות מעת לעת; שינוי חל מכאן ואילך בלבד.

3. אישור נקודות

נקודות נצברות במעמד "ממתינות לאישור" ומוצגות למשתתף בכל עת. אישורן מותנה בבקרת האיכות של המפעילה (בדיקות מדגמיות, שורות בוחן ובדיקת צוות). עבודה שאינה עומדת בבקרת האיכות — לרבות אישור אוטומטי ללא קריאה — לא תזכה בנקודות, והמפעילה רשאית לבטל נקודות שמקורן בעבודה כזו.

4. שווי ומימוש

כל נקודה מאושרת שווה 1 ₪ (או שווי דומה בדולר לפי שער החליפין ביום המימוש), למימוש אצל המפעילה בלבד:

רכישת תוכנה חדשה — עד 75% מהמחיר בנקודות
שדרוגי גרסה — עד 100% מהמחיר בנקודות
חבילות תוספת — עד 25% מהמחיר בנקודות

מימוש הנקודות יתאפשר רק לאחר שהשורות שבזכותן נצברו עברו את בקרת האיכות ואושרו, ורק לאחר סיום המבצע — בראש חודש כסלו תשפ"ז. הנקודות אישיות, אינן ניתנות להעברה או להמרה למזומן, ואין עודף/החזר בגינן. הנקודות אינן תקפות לרכישת כוננים פיזיים (דיסקים).

5. הגרלת המובילים

בסיום המבצע ייכנסו 100 המשתתפים המובילים (לפי שורות שעברו בקרת איכות) להגרלה: פרס ראשון — תוכנת אוצר החכמה במתנה; ועוד 10 זוכים — שדרוג גרסה חינם.

6. דרגות

🖋 מתלמד (עד 10,000 שורות) · 📜 סופר (10,000–20,000) · 🎓 מגיה מומחה (20,000–30,000) · 👑 שומר האוצר (מעל 30,000).

7. פרטיות

יתרת הנקודות מוצגת למשתתף בלבד. בטבלת המובילים מוצג שם פרטי ואות משפחה בלבד.

8. שימוש הוגן ואיסור העתקה

כל התמונות והטקסטים במבצע הם רכושה הבלעדי של המפעילה, ומיועדים אך ורק לביצוע העבודה במבצע זה. חל איסור מוחלט להעתיק, לשמור, להוריד, לצלם, לגרד (scraping) או להפיץ תמונות או טקסטים, וכן להשתמש בהם לכל מטרה אחרת — לרבות אימון מודל זיהוי טקסט (OCR) או כל מודל אחר. כל תמונה מוגשת עם סימון פורנזי אישי בלתי־נראה המאפשר לזהות את המשתמש שקיבל אותה. הפרה של סעיף זה תגרור פסילה מיידית, ביטול כל הנקודות והפרסים, ואפשרות לנקיטת צעדים משפטיים.

1. General

The campaign is operated by Otzar HaHochma ("the Operator") to improve text-recognition accuracy across the Otzar library. Participation is via a personal link only. The Operator may amend these rules, change the earning rates, or end the campaign at any time, with notice on the campaign page. Points earned before any change are preserved under the rules in force when they were earned.

2. Earning points

Every line you confirm or correct counts (lines marked "unreadable" do not). Points accrue by tier:

The Operator may change these tiers from time to time; changes apply prospectively only.

3. Approval

Points accrue as "pending approval" and are always visible to you. Approval is subject to the Operator's quality control (sampling, test lines, staff review). Work that fails quality control — including blind confirming without reading — earns no points, and points originating from such work may be voided.

4. Value and redemption

Each approved point is worth 1 ₪ (or its USD equivalent at the exchange rate on redemption day), redeemable with the Operator only:

New software purchases — up to 75% of the price in points
Version upgrades — up to 100% of the price in points
Add-on packages — up to 25% of the price in points

Points can be redeemed only after the lines behind them have passed quality control and been approved, and only after the campaign ends — on Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5787 (November 2026). Points are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash; no change is given. Points cannot be used toward physical drives.

5. Top-100 raffle

At the end of the campaign the top 100 participants (by quality-passed lines) enter a raffle: first prize — the Otzar HaHochma software; plus 10 winners of a free version upgrade.

6. Ranks

🖋 Apprentice (up to 10,000 lines) · 📜 Scribe (10,000–20,000) · 🎓 Master Proofreader (20,000–30,000) · 👑 Guardian of the Otzar (over 30,000).

7. Privacy

Your points balance is visible only to you. The leaderboard shows first name and last initial only.

8. Fair use & no copying

All images and texts in the campaign are the exclusive property of the Operator, solely for performing the work in this project. Copying, saving, downloading, screenshotting, scraping or distributing images or texts — or using them for any other purpose, including training an OCR or any other model — is strictly prohibited. Every image is served with an invisible, personal forensic mark that identifies the participant who received it. Breaching this clause leads to immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all points and prizes, and possible legal action.

3. Aprobación

Los puntos se acumulan como "pendientes" y siempre son visibles. Su aprobación depende del control de calidad (muestreos, líneas de prueba, revisión del equipo). El trabajo que no supere el control — incluido confirmar sin leer — no genera puntos, y pueden anularse puntos de ese origen.

4. Valor y canje

Cada punto aprobado vale 1 ₪ (o su equivalente en USD al tipo de cambio del día del canje), canjeable solo con el Operador:

Compras nuevas — hasta el 75% del precio en puntos
Actualizaciones de versión — hasta el 100% en puntos
Paquetes adicionales — hasta el 25% en puntos

Los puntos podrán canjearse solo después de que sus líneas hayan superado el control de calidad y sido aprobadas, y solo tras el fin de la campaña — en Rosh Jodesh Kislev 5787 (noviembre de 2026). Los puntos son personales, intransferibles y no convertibles en efectivo. Los puntos no son válidos para discos físicos.

5. Sorteo del top 100

Al finalizar, los 100 primeros (por líneas verificadas) entran a un sorteo: primer premio — el programa Otzar HaHochma; y 10 ganadores de una actualización gratuita.

7. Privacidad

Tu saldo de puntos solo es visible para ti. La clasificación muestra nombre e inicial del apellido.

8. Uso legítimo y prohibición de copia

Todas las imágenes y textos de la campaña son propiedad exclusiva del Operador, únicamente para realizar el trabajo de este proyecto. Queda estrictamente prohibido copiar, guardar, descargar, capturar, extraer (scraping) o distribuir imágenes o textos, o usarlos para cualquier otro fin, incluido entrenar un modelo OCR u otro. Cada imagen se entrega con una marca forense personal invisible que identifica al participante que la recibió. Infringir esta cláusula conlleva descalificación inmediata, pérdida de todos los puntos y premios, y posibles acciones legales.

3. Validation

Les points s'accumulent « en attente » et restent toujours visibles. Leur validation dépend du contrôle qualité (échantillonnage, lignes tests, relecture par l'équipe). Un travail non conforme — y compris confirmer sans lire — ne rapporte pas de points ; les points issus d'un tel travail peuvent être annulés.

4. Valeur et utilisation

Chaque point validé vaut 1 ₪ (ou son équivalent USD au taux du jour de l'utilisation), utilisable uniquement auprès de l'Opérateur :

Nouveaux achats — jusqu'à 75 % du prix en points
Mises à niveau — jusqu'à 100 % du prix en points
Packs complémentaires — jusqu'à 25 % du prix en points

Les points ne pourront être utilisés qu'après validation des lignes correspondantes par le contrôle qualité, et uniquement après la fin de la campagne — à Roch Hodech Kislev 5787 (novembre 2026). Les points sont personnels, non transférables et non convertibles en espèces. Les points ne sont pas valables pour les disques physiques.

5. Tirage du top 100

À la fin de la campagne, les 100 premiers (lignes validées) participent à un tirage : premier prix — le logiciel Otzar HaHochma ; plus 10 gagnants d'une mise à niveau gratuite.

7. Confidentialité

Votre solde de points n'est visible que par vous. Le classement affiche prénom et initiale du nom.

8. Usage loyal et interdiction de copie

Toutes les images et tous les textes de la campagne sont la propriété exclusive de l'Opérateur, uniquement pour effectuer le travail de ce projet. Il est strictement interdit de copier, enregistrer, télécharger, capturer, extraire (scraping) ou distribuer des images ou des textes, ou de les utiliser à toute autre fin, y compris l'entraînement d'un modèle OCR ou autre. Chaque image est fournie avec une marque forensique personnelle invisible identifiant le participant qui l'a reçue. Toute infraction entraîne la disqualification immédiate, la perte de tous les points et prix, et d'éventuelles poursuites.
